If you do not have a clue, it is Alentejo in Portugal. And why were there flowers covering all the streets in this city? Well, it is because of the Flowers´ Festival (Festas das Flores) which was happening last week. All of these flowers decorating the streets were prepared by locals and the preparation took them like 4 months. For those who probably haven´t noticed, the flowers are made of paper.
